Welcome to PROGRESS ICT MEDIA CONCEPTS! We’re excited to work with you and bring your vision to life. These Terms and Conditions outline the framework for our collaboration. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Contract Agreement and Payment Terms:
Entering into a contract with PROGRESS ICT MEDIA CONCEPTS signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. To secure your project slot, we require an upfront payment of 65% to 75% of the total project cost. This deposit reflects the initial investment in project planning and resource allocation.
Return and Refund Policy:
We are committed to delivering exceptional service. Our refund policy reflects this commitment:
- Client Termination Before Delivery: If you choose to terminate the contract before we deliver any work, you will receive a full 100% refund.
- Client-Initiated Termination Within 72 Hours: Should you require a cancellation within 72 hours of project initiation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a 50% – 80% refund, depending on the project type and any work already completed.
- Late Delivery: In the unlikely event of a delay on our end, we will offer compensation to mitigate any inconvenience.
- Service Fault: If you’re dissatisfied with the final product due to a fault on our part, we will rectify the issue free of charge. If the issue is beyond repair, we will discuss a fair refund option.
We encourage open communication throughout the project. By working together, we can ensure a successful outcome that meets your expectations.
Revision Policy:
We understand that revisions are sometimes necessary to achieve your desired outcome. Our revision policy is as follows:
- Single Graphics Design and Video Editing: You are entitled to one free revision within 24 hours of receiving the initial draft. Any additional revisions after this timeframe will incur an extra charge starting from 70% of the project fee.
- Web Services, Data Analysis, and Other Services: The number of free revisions will vary depending on the project type and package you choose. You will receive between 2-3 free revisions within a timeframe of 3-7 days, based on the project complexity. Any revisions requested beyond the free allotment will be subject to additional charges.
Important Note: Revisions will not include the addition of features or functionalities not originally included in the contract agreement. If you require additional features, these will be considered separate projects and subject to additional fees.
